Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact me with the problem before leaving a feedback. I'll do my best to solve the problem in reasonable way.
Please read carefully the description of the item you are interested before you buy it. Check the measurements and note that color may vary a bit from display to display.
I understand that buying through Internet might be tricky. In the rare case when the item you ordered is not exactly what you expected then you can return it provided you return it within 7 days of receipt. I will refund you the full amount once I have received the item and have checked that everything is in order. Only shipping charges are not a subject to refund.
If the item returned was otherwise damaged by the buyer, a full return is not accepted.
Lost Item: I will provide the refund if a registered mail package is lost. Package is considered lost if it doesn't come within 2 month from posting date and tracking info approves that.
Accidents happen, and I am happy to repair or alter purchases at little to no cost to the customer. Send me a message so we can work something out.
Payment
I can only accept PayPal.
Your items will be made and shipped only after the payment is cleared.
If you live in California, I have to collect 8.75% sales tax. PayPal will automatically collect the sales tax.

Please make sure your address is correct . If you do not specify otherwise, I will send your package to address noted at checkout and not the PayPal one.
Shipping
I ship my orders from Kyiv, Ukraine, via International registered airmail.
You'll receive the note from me with the track number of your parcel. Information about it will be available only after parcel will be registered in your country post system (it may take up to 2 weeks).
Please note that some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: Germany, UK, France, Italy and Australian post.
From the first day you can track your parcel on the site of Ukrainian Post http://ukrposhta.ua/en/vidslidkuvati-forma-poshuku until it is registered in your country.
Delivery time:
You can find detailed information about order processing and shipping time at the bottom of the listing page for every item in my shop. If item is ready I usually ship within 1-3 business days, if item is made to order I usually ship next business day after completion.
Please, pay attention, that Estimated Delivery Date is not a guarantee, but most likely you'll receive your order in that time frame.
Delivery via regular method (free shipping) takes about 2-3 weeks (sometimes up to 1 month) depending on your location.
Here are approximate terms of shipping:
- USA: 2 - 4 weeks, even 5 in some cases
- Canada: 2 -4 weeks
- Australia: 3-4 weeks (sometimes longer, depending on work of Australian custom)
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- Rest of World: 2-3 weeks
Custom Fees and Duties:
Please note that international customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be assessed by their country's customs.
